Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Level I/II MAC and PC Support Engineer with 1+ years of experience in iMac and Macbook repairs and all OSX operating systems. Responsibilities include providing phone and remote support for workstation issues, troubleshooting, software installations, and onsite support. Knowledge of Cisco Phone Systems and certifications are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of extensive hands on experience with iMac and Macbook repairs
- Experience with all OSX operating systems
- Knowledge of MAC and Windows operating systems and desktop applications
- Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
