Job Summary
Level I/II MAC and PC Support Engineer providing phone and remote remediation, troubleshooting across a broad range of technologies, remote installations of software and security updates, and on-site installations when necessary. Supports MAC and Windows environments, including iMac/MacBook repairs and OSX, with emphasis on end-user issue analysis, communication, and technical problem solving. Cisco Phone Systems knowledge a plus; certifications a plus. Based in NYC/Long Island market with Lincoln Computer Services, founded 1997, offering competitive salary and benefits.

- Mac and Windows operating systems
