Help Desk Intern - respond to tech inquiries via ticketing system, email, online chat, phone, or in person; inform and train customers on IT products and services; walk customers through problem-solving steps; maintain records of interactions and recurring problems; communicate customer feedback to internal teams; follow up to ensure issues are resolved; education includes a High School diploma plus some college or technical certifications; on-site in Houston, TX, with 8-hour days Monday-Friday; reports to IT Senior Manager – Operations; must complete post-offer checks (background, drug, references, education).
Required Qualifications

- Able to lift and move moderately heavy items like computers, printers, and monitors
