Job Summary
Assist customers by responding to queries via phone, email, or chat; identify needs and provide the best solutions; maintain records of interactions and transactions; manage and escalate issues through Helpdesk software and ticket queues; support inventory and events requirements; contribute feedback to improve support processes and tools; collaborate with team to coordinate responses and ensure adherence to client policies; on-site support in Mumbai, with duties spanning problem resolution, documentation, and proactive/reactive ticket management.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder in any stream
- Minimum 2 year's previous experience in a help desk or support role
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
