Job Summary
Help Desk Associate at Greenhill School serves as the first point of contact for technology support across students, parents, faculty, staff, and guests. Responsible for receiving, documenting, diagnosing, and resolving technical requests via help desk software, provisioning and disabling user accounts, managing data integrity across applications, supporting classroom technology and AV needs, and providing timely, courteous end-user support across multiple channels. Requires an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of related experience; strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure/Office 365/AD), desktop OS (Windows/macOS), device management tools (Intune, JAMF, Meraki), and familiarity with educational software and SIS; ability to work evenings/weekends as needed, and to collaborate across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required
- 2+ years related work experience required
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Experience with help desk ticketing and knowledgebase systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to set up and configure new desktops/laptops and AV equipment
- Familiarity with classroom technology and education software
