Job Summary
Provide system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for Windows and Mac desktop devices; deliver comprehensive Service Desk support to employees with timely resolution and thorough documentation; enhance security, performance, and availability of systems; manage end-user hardware and software inventory throughout their lifecycle; maintain and contribute to a documentation repository; perform basic user-problem analyses for the Service Desk; requires advanced English and 3+ years in a Help Desk role; suitable for candidates with Bachelor's in CS/Systems Engineering or related fields (bonus) and experience with cloud computing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst
- 1+ years of experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows and Mac desktop devices
- Advanced Level of English
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills (verbal/written)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in resolving technical issues
- Bonus Points: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields
- Experience with cloud computing
