Job Summary
Provide phone support for company employees worldwide for a portion of the day; install PC hardware and software; onboard and deboard end users; assist in network and hardware troubleshooting; perform preventative maintenance and upgrades on servers; participate in project-related work; execute hands-on tasks per IS staff directions; and help update user and technical documentation. Emphasizes a shared-services IT approach, strong diagnostic/analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team to support applications, infrastructure, and end-user systems across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or related-field
- At least 2 years of IT experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations
