Job Summary
Help Desk Analyst based in Mexico City responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Windows and Mac desktop devices; provide comprehensive technical support to client employees via Service Desk cases with timely resolution and documentation; improve system security, performance, and availability; manage end-user hardware/software inventory lifecycle and disposal; maintain a comprehensive documentation repository for best practices and troubleshooting; perform basic user-problem analyses for the Customer Service Desk.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Level of English
- 3+ years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows and Mac desktop devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in resolving technical issues
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills (verbal/written)
