Job Summary
The Help Desk Analyst will provide front line support to clients across various industries, resolving inquiries predominantly via telephone and in person. Responsibilities include supporting hardware, operating systems, applications, and network equipment, as well as managing client tickets efficiently and maintaining documentation. Candidates should possess strong communication and time management skills, be able to handle high ticket volume, and maintain professionalism under pressure. A diploma or equivalent work experience is desired, along with experience in managed services environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant study and diploma preferred
- Strong and effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
- Maintaining a calm and professional attitude
