Job Summary

Help Desk Analyst supporting internal users across 50 locations in the eastern United States. Primarily remote with occasional travel to local clinics. Responsibilities include responding to tickets via systems, email, Teams, and phone; troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; supporting practice management and related applications; VoIP/cloud telephony troubleshooting; managing onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning; documenting activities in ITSM; maintaining asset inventory; identifying recurring issues and proposing improvements; collaborating with IT leadership and teams; coordinating with external vendors; delivering clear, empathetic support; and providing guidance on security and productivity tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of IT help desk experience
  • 3+ years in customer service or technical support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure Entra, and remote support tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote access tools
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN, WiFi)
  • Familiarity with VoIP or cloud-based telephony systems and IT security best practices
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently
  • Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred
