Job Summary
Help Desk Analyst position supporting customer relationship management (CRM) and Helpdesk activities for a cloud-based platform in the Atlassian Government Cloud (AGC) and Google application suite. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing complex systems and user needs, resolving operational issues, providing Helpdesk support, compiling and reporting environment usage data, maintaining documentation and license inventory, onboarding and training team members, supporting performance metrics and process improvement efforts, and effective communication with Government clients. Self-starter who can meet tight deadlines; preferred experience with GSA, USCG, or related partner organizations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with information technology with an emphasis in helpdesk support and customer service.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Government clients.
