Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community-based locations as part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans and recording session data using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families, while delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Must hold RBT certification before working; positions start part-time with a 6-month commitment, offering paid training, opportunities for clinical advancement, and generous referral bonuses. No minimum case requirement and opportunities for fellowship/internship to accumulate hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations
- RBT certification is required before working
