Job Summary
Lead and manage the daily operations of the human resources shared services team, focusing on the employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Responsible for talent and employee lifecycle data management, ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables. Act as a subject matter expert while supporting team development through training and performance management. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance employee experiences and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Proficiency in relevant HRIS systems such as Workday and strong organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team in a shared services industry
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Talent/Onboarding and employment Life Cycle Data Management
- Expertise in HR processes, systems, and tools
- Proficient in Workday and/or relevant ATS/Hiring/ERP systems
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
