Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and representing the brand with professionalism. Provide expert product knowledge to educate clients on new features and subscription services while investigating feedback and complaints across the full customer journey. Demonstrate confidence using all contact channels including Gmail and Slack, checking communications daily to ensure accurate resolution. Maintain high accuracy by error-tracking, reporting, and documenting issues to responsible departments, and actively suggest improvements to internal procedures. Work towards individual KPIs and targets set by management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year Customer Service Experience in BPO set-up
- High School Graduate (old curriculum)
- Amenable to work in Inoza Tower, BGC, Taguig City and Exxa, Bridgetowne
