Job Summary
Install garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories for homeowners; prepare job sites with materials and equipment, perform concrete grinding and coating, load/unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe worksite. Build a positive homeowner experience by professional communication, requesting a 5-star Google review, and adhering to Hello Garage standards. Work as part of a team, follow supervisor directions, and be willing to assist with duties outside normal responsibilities; overtime and paid training opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; may need to obtain DOT certification if required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Previous construction, flooring, concrete, or trade experience is a plus but training available
