Job Summary
Install garage flooring, storage, organization systems, and accessories for residential projects. Responsibilities include preparing job sites (concrete grinding, surface preparation, coating, cleanup), loading/unloading materials and tools, operating hand and power tools safely, maintaining a clean and organized truck/work area, and ensuring safety with designated PPE. Communicate professionally with homeowners, encourage 5-Star reviews, and support the crew by adapting to changing project needs. Training is provided to develop skills; the role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to learn through paid training and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow directions
- Ability to follow supervisors and eventually lead others
