Job Summary
Conduct medical air transportation for Med-Trans customers by safely transporting patients to and from locations and facilities while ensuring aircraft readiness, regulatory documentation, and crew collaboration. Maintain accurate MTC records, provide shift change information via the Med-Trans change board, and account for ongoing certifications and training. This role requires a current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and 2,000 total flight hours. Starting salary ranges from $88,759 to $97,635 with a 7/7 schedule at most locations. As part of Global Medical Response's emergency and patient relocation services, you will uphold core behaviors focused on compassionate care and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
- 7/7 Schedule at most locations
