Job Summary
Provide medical air transportation as part of a team of medical experts; ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate MTC and regulatory documentation; communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners; convey shift changes following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details; maintain required certifications and ongoing training; operate in Visual Flight Rules (VFR) with a focus on safety and patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours
