Job Summary
Conduct safe medical air transportation for Med-Trans customers to and from facilities while ensuring aircraft readiness per FAR and Med-Trans manuals. Maintain accurate regulatory documentation and record keeping, and effectively communicate with dispatch, flight crews, and partners. Provide shift change information to successive pilots following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details. Accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing training. Operate on a 7/7 schedule with a salary range of $102,072 – $112,280 including a 15% Geographic Modifier, plus a 15K sign-on bonus and retention plans. As part of Global Medical Response's emergency and patient relocation services, this role supports compassionate care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
