Coordinate safe medical air transportation for Med-Trans customers by operating helicopters and ensuring aircraft readiness per FAR and Med-Trans manuals. Maintain accurate regulatory documentation, collaborate with dispatch and flight crews, and relay shift change information following protocol. Account for ongoing training and required certifications while adhering to a 7/7 schedule. As part of Global Medical Response's emergency and patient relocation services, this role prioritizes compassionate care delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
  • Helicopter instrument rating
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
  • 2,000 Total Flight Hours
  • 1,500 Helicopter Hours
  • 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
  • 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
  • 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
  • 7/7 Schedule
