Job Summary
Conduct helicopter air transportation for Med-Trans customers by working with medical experts to safely transport patients to and from facilities. Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, including FAR and Med-Trans requirements, while maintaining accurate regulatory documentation and record keeping. Effectively communicate with dispatch, flight crews, and partners, and provide shift change information to successive pilots following protocol. Maintain required certifications and ongoing training. Operate under a 7/7 schedule with on-duty housing available, earning a starting salary of $88,759-$97,635 plus bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
- 7/7 Schedule at most locations
