Job Summary
Conduct safe medical air transportation for Med-Trans customers using a team of experts, ensuring aircraft readiness per FAR and Med-Trans manuals while maintaining accurate regulatory documentation. Collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, and facilities, providing shift change information via the Med-Trans change board protocol. Maintain required certifications and ongoing training. This VFR position offers a 7/7 schedule at most locations with on-duty housing, a starting salary of $88,759–$97,635 plus a 15K sign-on bonus and 40K retention bonus after three years. As part of Global Medical Response, the team delivers compassionate emergency and patient relocation care.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
