Job Summary
Conduct medical air transportation services for Med-Trans customers by safely transporting patients to and from facilities while ensuring aircraft readiness per FAR and Med-Trans manuals. Maintain accurate regulatory documentation, record keeping, and shift change information on the Med-Trans change board. Collaborate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and partners while communicating shift change details following protocol. Accountable for maintaining required certifications, ongoing training, and FAA Class II Medical Certificate compliance. Operate under a 7/7 schedule with on-duty housing at most locations, earning a starting salary of $88,759-$97,635 plus up to 27% geographic modifier, 15K sign-on bonus, and 40K retention bonus after three years.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
- 7/7 Schedule at most locations
