Perform preflight checks using the rotorcraft flight manual, monitor forecast and weather conditions, and ensure safe, efficient flight operations. Report discrepancies to maintenance, stay rested and prepared for duty, and maintain current weather/forecast awareness. This evergreen, multi-location role supports a high-skill team of pilots, mechanics, and EMS personnel, with substantial rotorcraft flight time requirements and ICAO/FAA credentialing. Includes benefits such as on-duty housing, salary range in the high-80k to mid-90k annuals, a 15k sign-on bonus, a 40k retention bonus after 3 years, and a 7/7 schedule across locations. Required Qualifications
