Job Summary
Coordinate medical air transportation for REACH Air Medical Services by safely transporting patients to and from locations and facilities while ensuring aircraft readiness per FAR and REACH requirements. Maintain accurate regulatory documentation, record keeping, and shift change information on the REACH change board. Collaborate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners while communicating protocol for recording details. Account for maintaining required certifications, ongoing training, and a 2,000 total flight hour minimum. Work full-time with potential bonuses up to $110,000, including on-duty housing and up to half the year at home.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 2,000 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- Minimum 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
- Minimum 100 cumulative hours of instrument flight time
- 230 pound weight limit with flight gear
