Job Summary
Conduct medical air transportation for Med-Trans customers, ensuring aircraft readiness per FAR and Med-Trans manuals while maintaining accurate regulatory documentation. Collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, and facilities to safely transport patients, providing shift change information and adhering to protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details. Maintain required certifications and ongoing training under a 7/7 schedule. Accountable to keep care at the center within Global Medical Response's emergency and patient relocation services.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
