Job Summary
Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities. Responsibilities include ensuring aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per FAR and Med-Trans requirements, maintaining MTC and regulatory documentation, and effective communication with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners. Responsible for shift-change information to the next pilot, and maintaining required certifications and ongoing training. Starting salary range is $88,759–$97,635 with up to 27% geographic modifier, a $15K sign-on bonus, and a $40K retention bonus after 3 years; on-duty housing and 7/7 schedule at most locations.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
