Job Summary
Operate rotorcraft to provide medical air transportation for Med-Trans, coordinating with dispatch and medical teams. Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per FAR and Med-Trans requirements, maintain accurate regulatory documentation, and uphold ongoing training and certifications. Collaborate with flight crews, facilities, and partners to deliver safe, timely patient transport, and communicate shift changes per change board protocols. Demonstrate leadership through adherence to core behaviors and safety standards while managing flight operations and record-keeping.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- ~ Helicopter instrument rating
- ~ Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- ~1,500 Helicopter Hours
- ~1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- ~1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- ~200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
