Helfer / Quereinsteiger Kälte- und Klimatechnik (m/w/d)

Support our mechatronic technicians for refrigeration technology during the installation of climate and cooling systems. Assist with maintenance, repair, and upkeep tasks, while helping to resolve breakdowns and prepare materials and tools. Occasionally perform work within the facility or on the company premises. You will start under supervision and gradually take on more independent tasks as you gain experience. This role involves learning on the job; prior refrigeration experience is not required, but we provide training for necessary courses and exams.
