Job Summary
Lead a team in the field of participation and integration assistance, overseeing case processing within the participation planning framework. Ensure legally compliant and need-based service delivery while managing quality assurance across all assignments. Facilitate coordination with internal and external cooperation partners and contribute to developing and implementing concepts for the professional area's further development. The role requires a completed vocational training as a Heilerziehungspfleger or equivalent, two years of experience in participation, and a Class B driver's license. Schedule includes 30-40 hours weekly with night readiness (max. 3 per month) and flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts. Located at the Mechesee-Häuser in Lobetal, Bernau, this position offers a permanent contract with a monthly gross salary of at least 4,135.92 € plus annual bonus.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger, Heilpädagoge, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d) bzw. gleichwertige Fachausbildung gem. § 4 SQV
- zweijährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Teilhabe
- Interesse an der Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung auf Augenhöhe
- hohe kommunikative Kompetenz
