Conduct individual care and support for 34 people with disabilities across three residential houses in Lobetal, focusing on preserving life quality and daily structure. Design daily schedules and living environments to normalize conditions, while independently developing and updating care plans with resident input. Execute household and nursing tasks with guidance, maintain digital care documentation, and collaborate within the team under a shift system. Requires a completed qualification in therapeutic education nursing, social pedagogy, or child care, along with an extended criminal record check and medical certificate.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger, Sozialpädagoge, Heilpädagoge oder Erzieher
- Fähigkeit zum einfühlsamen, sensiblen Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Tätigkeit im Schichtsystem
- Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungen/Supervision
- Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses
