Job Summary
Support residents pedagogically, practically, and medically to strengthen their independence and enable self-sufficient daily living. Apply treatment and therapy concepts effectively while fostering individual expression, nonverbal communication, and fine/gross motor skills. Train occupants for daily tasks such as household management and structured routines. Maintain a warm, trusting atmosphere through empathetic communication with residents, families, and colleagues. Contribute to quality assurance efforts to ensure every individual feels at home.
