Develop and monitor the effectiveness of nursing-pedagogical interventions based on evidence-based practices. Implement psychiatric-forensic nursing within the existing reference care concept and social milieu design. Conduct risk assessments and contribute to interdisciplinary prognostic evaluations. Plan and execute pedagogical and therapeutic measures while fostering de-escalation skills and communication. Observe, document, and report relevant developments to ensure a safe and therapeutic station environment. Collaborate closely with nursing staff, medical professionals, psychologists, and social services. Participate in case discussions, supervision, and internal or external training initiatives.
