Job Summary
Accompany and support adults and seniors with intellectual disabilities in daily life and personal matters while serving as their primary contact person. Implement pedagogical and nursing tasks to achieve individual support goals. Work in a residential setting for 27 residents across four groups, with shifts ranging from early morning to late evening, including weekends. Requires a state-recognized Heilerziehungspfleger qualification, C2 German proficiency, and a driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Identifikation mit dem Leitbild der Lebenshilfe
- Ein Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte*r Heilerziehungspfleger*in – Krankenpfleger*in – Altenpfleger*in – Erzieher*in – Pflegefachfrau (m/w/d)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C2 Niveau)
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsfreude, Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und im Team
- Führerschein (PkW und Kleinbusse bis 9 Sitzplätze)
