Job Summary
Experienced HEDIS Coordinator sought by Florida Doctors Group to oversee HEDIS data collection and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines and enhancing provider performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with HEDIS measures
- Strong understanding of Medicare and Medicaid programs
- Experience with EMRs/EHRs and medical record review
- Familiarity with NCQA standards and HEDIS metrics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data tools (e.g., reporting dashboards, quality tracking systems)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Background in healthcare administration, nursing, or public health
- Experience working in an MSO or with managed care organizations
