Lead the hedge trimming crew on a four-day work week (Mon-Thu, 7am-5pm), managing hardscaping, gardening, planting, and snow/ice management services. Drive pickup trucks to sites, oversee team performance, and maintain high standards for all landscaping tasks. Required Qualifications
