Job Summary
Receive, transmit, and execute financial transactions across FX, Futures, Commodities, and Stock Markets. Provide customer and technical support to clients while monitoring markets for corporate actions, dividends, and stock splits. Prepare and analyse standard and ad-hoc reports, support risk management activities, and assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with internal procedures, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver client service. Fluent Hebrew and English speakers with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related fields are encouraged to apply. Shift rotation from 08 AM to midnight, Monday to Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience within Financial Services (graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in financial markets and trading operations
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to obtain the CySEC certification with company support
- Motivated to learn and develop within the financial services industry
- Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Friday, from 08 AM - 12 midnight (shifts: 08 AM - 05 PM, 03 PM - midnight). 40 hours a week, 2 days off per week. In the future the rotation may extend up to 03 AM.
