Job Summary
Conduct thorough content analysis to identify violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements across text, images, videos, and audio files. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions. Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation to track moderation accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve tools and policies. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend necessary adjustments. Fluent in English and Hebrew with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in content moderation required. Competitive salary, relocation support, and wellness coaching offered.
