Job Summary
Lead the midwifery and delivery care team in the Kreißsaal, managing daily operations, staff scheduling, and personnel development. Ensure high-quality care for mothers and newborns while adhering to legal and quality standards. Drive the implementation of new methods and foster professional training within the team through continuous education initiatives. Collaborate closely with the gynecology department and other clinical areas to coordinate patient care. This role offers flexible, reliable shift planning with advance notice and includes a comprehensive introduction and regular feedback sessions for your professional growth. The position is based in the central Berlin-Pankow location at Caritas-Klinik Maria Heimsuchung, a Level IV maternity clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium als Hebamme / Entbindungspfleger:in (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Kreißsaal
- erste Führungserfahrung
- zwingend eine Weiterbildung bzw. Studium zur Leitung einer Station/eines Bereiches (anerkannt durch die DKG)
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke – klar, empathisch und situationsangemessen
