Job Summary
Deep-clean kitchen surfaces and equipment, including walls, floors, ceilings, and a wide range of appliances (pots, pans, fryers, ovens, kettles, refrigerators, ventilation hoods). Performs stewarding duties, removes trash/recyclables, and assists with related tasks. Must use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in a fast-paced kitchen; physical ability to scrub, sweep, mop, scrape, and lift up to 50 lbs; shifts may vary.
Required Qualifications
- Understand and complete multiple tasks with minimal supervision
