Job Summary
Heavy Maintenance Crew Member with SPATCO Energy Solutions. Responsible for operating heavy equipment to dig ditches and install equipment, performing concrete-related tasks (framing, pouring, finishing), and traveling to job sites (overnights possible). Maintain positive relationships with crew, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely flow of supplies and subcontractor work. Ensure all safety and housekeeping practices are followed. Requires lifting 75–100 lbs, working outdoors in all weather, and collaborating effectively with others. Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and good communication are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in petroleum industry a plus
- Installer certifications in product line a plus
- Equipment operation experience a plus
- Strong work ethic
