Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to heavy maintenance workers and sub-contractors while monitoring schedules to ensure product installation requirements are followed accurately. Brief crew members on daily tasks, direct workmen on assigned duties, and verify accuracy and compliance of tasks in progress against codes, project specifications, and manufacturer requirements. Ensure all safe work practices and safe housekeeping practices are followed at all times, including daily job cleanup. Track rental equipment, material needs and use, monitor labor and sub-contractor costs to maintain project budgets, and document daily activities, material usage, testing, inspections, and visitors. Maintain product warranty documentation and create positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
