Heavy Maintenance Crew Leader to coordinate and lead multi-skilled maintenance crews in the petroleum industry, overseeing installation tasks (sumps, retrofit kits, piping, dispensers, pumping units), coordinating schedules with workmen and sub-contractors, ensuring safety and compliance, managing materials, budgets, and documentation, and maintaining positive vendor/sub-contractor relationships. Role covers concrete work, electrical, environmental cleanup, and adherence to codes and manufacturer requirements; requires ability to lift 75–100 lbs, work outdoors in various weather, and follow procedures.
