Job Summary
Load and unload metal parts from paint line racks, conveyors, and carts, hanging and removing components before and after the painting process. Safely move carts, racks, and materials throughout the production area while lifting parts weighing up to 40 pounds. Inspect parts for proper placement, damage, or quality concerns and maintain production flow by ensuring continuous part availability. Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE, and maintain a clean workstation using 5S standards. Communicate any issues regarding parts, equipment, or production delays to the supervisor. Work efficiently in a warm manufacturing environment on the 2nd shift.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with heat exposure
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Good attendance and reliability
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials
- Ability to work around paint line equipment and production machinery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or production experience
- Forklift experience
