Job Summary
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on Ford vehicles, including engines, exhaust systems, turbos, and phasers. Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify faults and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Test-drive vehicles and communicate directly with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Requires ASE & Ford certification, 2+ years of experience, and a valid driver's license. Competitive pay ranges from $25.00 to $45.00 per hour with health benefits and growth opportunities at Theodore Robins Ford in Costa Mesa, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certification
- Ford Certification
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership

- Proven experience as a Heavy Line Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems, including engine and exhaust components
