Job Summary
Schedule, execute, and control unique lean manufacturing projects with customers and internal stakeholders using Mission Control and Microsoft Project. Read contract documents and the Quality Management System to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget, while validating material availability and resolving shortages. Lead internal teams and external vendors through kickoff and hyper-care meetings, documenting agendas and minutes. Identify, document, and control engineering submittals, change orders, risks, and opportunities per QMS standards. Manage costs and expenditure schedules to authorize project execution within budget constraints. This full-time onsite role requires 8-hour days Monday through Friday with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scheduler
- Microsoft Office experience required
- excellent Excel skills
- Microsoft Project scheduling experience required
- Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) experience a plus
- Green Belt (or higher) lean Six-Sigma certification desired
- LEAN Manufacturing Experience a plus
- This is a full-time onsite position
- 8-hour days, Monday through Friday
- occasional travel
- Proof of right to lawfully work in the United States required
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Project scheduling experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- PMP or CAPM Certification desired
- Green Belt (or higher) lean Six-Sigma certification desired
- LEAN Manufacturing Experience a plus
