Heavy Housekeeper

Maintain community upkeep through floor cleaning, trash removal, and furniture movement. Dry mop and wet mop floors, operate buffers for polishing carpets, turn mattresses, hang draperies and curtains, and clean fire towers on a scheduled basis. Gather and dispose of trash throughout assigned buildings. Shift includes full-time hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm with every other weekend. High school diploma required; floor care experience preferred.
