Job Summary
Heavy Haulage Claims Officer to manage end-to-end claims across complex heavy motor risks. You’ll liaise with customers, brokers, assessors, repairers, and external suppliers; assess claims in line with policy coverage, liability and compliance; coordinate inspections and quotes for heavy vehicles, trailers, and specialised equipment; negotiate settlements and drive cost-effective outcomes; identify fraud indicators and recovery opportunities; maintain accurate records and provide clear, timely communication to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in motor claims
- Exposure to heavy haulage, commercial motor, or fleet
- Strong understanding of claims processes, liability, and policy interpretation
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
