Job Summary
The Heavy Equipment VP of Sales Operations drives internal excellence in systems, analytics, reporting, pricing discipline, and process management to empower sales leaders in achieving targets. Responsibilities include designing sales processes and reporting frameworks, supporting sales forecasting and pipeline visibility, leading pricing structure development, creating KPI dashboards, ensuring CRM integrity, and providing data-driven insights for strategic refinement. The role involves managing and mentoring sales operations staff, developing training programs, partnering across functions for cohesive execution, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in Sales Operations
- Experience in Revenue Operations or Business Analytics
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing sales enablement tools
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
