Job Summary
Maintain, diagnose, and repair a diverse line of heavy equipment in both shop and field service environments. Perform maintenance on construction, earth moving, forestry, mining, and landscaping machinery while interpreting blueprints and schematics. Utilize diagnostic scanning tools to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with welding experience preferred. Work day shifts from 7AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime available. Compensation ranges from $30.00 to $46.00/hour plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and tool allowances.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, or completion of a Diesel Technology/Mechanic program
- Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficient with diagnostic scanning tools
Desired Qualifications
- Welding experience is preferred
- Working knowledge on construction, earth moving, forestry, mining, landscaping, etc., equipment is preferred
